Since 2009, Maura Griffin has represented clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters in California state and federal courts. Her practice now focuses primarily on personal injury litigation, where she represents individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries as a result of the negligence or wrongful conduct of others. Her personal injury experience includes cases involving significant and catastrophic injuries, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, dog attacks, wrongful deaths, and other complex injury claims.

Ms. Griffin also has extensive experience handling complex civil litigation, including business and commercial disputes. Over the course of her career, she has developed substantial experience in all phases of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, law and motion practice, court hearings, mediation, settlement, and trial preparation. Her broad civil litigation background allows her to bring a strategic and detail-oriented approach to personal injury cases, particularly those involving complicated factual, legal, or damages issues.

Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Griffin worked for many years as a full-time private investigator, assisting attorneys in the investigation and development of their cases. She continues to draw upon that experience in her legal practice, particularly in investigating claims, identifying and interviewing witnesses, evaluating evidence, and identifying the facts necessary to effectively advocate for her clients.
