Jeremy R. Cronin
Jeremy R. Cronin is an attorney with Elia Law Firm, APC. His practice focuses primarily on personal injury, general liability and commercial litigation. Mr. Cronin has represented an array of clients, including both plaintiffs and defendants in California state and federal district court.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cronin was an attorney at a number of local insurance defense firms. Throughout his legal career, he has successfully resolved numerous cases involving complex business, personal injury, and professional liability matters, as well as various other issues. During this time, he has gained extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including conducting/defending countless depositions, successfully arguing dispositive motions, and resolving disputed matters at mediation. Mr. Cronin has also handled jury and bench trials.
Originally from upstate New York, Mr. Cronin attended St. Lawrence University, where he was a dual major, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and english literature in 2007. While at St. Lawrence, he was a member of the football team and student government. Following his graduation, Mr. Cronin moved to San Diego where he then earned his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in 2009. Mr. Cronin is admitted to practice law in California and New York, as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Outside of work, Mr. Cronin enjoys spending time with his wife, Maggie, and their two children, Grace and Joseph. In his spare time, he also enjoys reading, traveling and is an avid golfer.
